Delivery Information

We bake and ship cookies Monday-Thursday (holidays excluded)

– Orders before 1 PM (Monday-Thursday): Shipped same day.
– Orders after 1 PM (Monday-Wednesday): Shipped next day.
– Orders placed after 1 PM Thursday-Sunday: Shipped the following Monday.

Delivery typically takes 1-2 working days, depending on your location. All cookies are heat-sealed for freshness, heat them up before enjoying for that perfect gooey centre.

Shipping Policy

Shipments are made Monday to Thursday within the UK only, via Royal Mail. Any order placed after 1 pm on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday will be baked and shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays.

Dua Cookies is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipping.

Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates.
