We totally understand the importance of safety when it comes to nut allergies. While we do take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, it’s important to note that some of our products may contain nuts or be in touch with nuts during production. If you have any nut allergies, we recommend staying away from our cookies and brownies. Your safety is our priority!

Yes, our cookies and brownies are freshly homemade. All items in your order are baked no more than 12 hours before being shipped, also all items are heat-sealed for freshness. Freshly baked goodness, right to your doorstep.

Unfortunately we don’t currently offer gluten-free or vegan options. Our focus, at this time, is on crafting delicious traditional cookies and brownies using classic ingredients.

Each order comes with a care card. This card will explain the steps to follow to have the best tasting experience.
Additionally, it will explain how to store your cookies and brownies. Freeze for up to 3 months upon receiving or store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

To cancel an order, contact us through our contact page. All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. Once the preparation of your order has begun, no cancellation can be made.

We do not offer same day pickups. To make an order to pick up locally, please email us your order and we can arrange a pickup date/time.
